If you would like us to bill your insurance or are concerned about having a balance if insurance doesn’t cover your diagnosis we request you fill out your intake form along with uploaded insurance cards at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you have Medicare insurance (primary, replacement, or supplemental), please schedule a Free Consult. We cannot guarantee coverage until we have reviewed your insurance. Thank you!

Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine includes acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and Chinese herbal therapy. If you would like to get acupuncture and any of the additional modalities, simply schedule an Acupuncture appointment. If you would like cupping or gua sha but not acupuncture, schedule a Cupping Only appointment. If you would just like to discuss Chinese herbal recommendations, schedule an Herbal Consult.
